Chabad of Tucson's olive press was a draw at at Shalom Tucson's Hanukkah Mall Madness on Sunday, December 4, at Park Place Mall.
Local synagogues, organizations, and Jewish agencies presented arts and crafts activities, including holiday cards and sand pictures, plus games and music.
The hands-on Olive Oil Press workshop, presented by Rabbi Yehuda Ceitlin, showed young and old the miracle of Chanukah lasted 8 days and what it took to make pure oil for the Holy Temple after it was reclaimed by the Jews from the Greeks.
