Rabbi Yehuda Ceitlin of Chabad of Tucson will be honored with leading a prayer for fallen soldiers and victims of terror in the Holy Land.

Israel's Memorial Day, Yom Hazikaron, will be marked in Tucson on Wednesday, April 25, 6:30 - 8:30 pm, at a memorial ceremony presented by the Weintraub Israel Center.

The program will include an honor guard from the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, prayers, dedications and films.

Rabbi Ceitlin will be reciting the kaddish in memory of the fallen. The Canadian-born rabbi spent almost 6 years studying in Israel, where his grandparents and many of his cousins live and served in the IDF.

The commemorative event will be held at the Tucson JCC, 3800 E. River Road and is free and open to all.

Through April 25, a special Yom Hazikaron exhibit will be presented at the JCC. The exhibit "invites the viewer to an artistic dialog with grief and memory," Guy Gelbart, director of the Israel Center told the Arizona Jewish Post.
